A valid GP referral is necessary to book an appointment. Patients are reminded to bring their Medicare card on the day of the visit. GP referrals are valid for 12 months from the first date of use.
Our clinic is conveniently located at Brisbane Technology Park Ground Floor, 35 Miles Platting Road Eight Mile Plains 4113.
A booking fee is required for all initial appointments. Please note that if an appointment is cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice, the booking fee cannot be refunded.
